Super bright... gives you a true yellow in your tank and the green really pops.  To top it off it grows well for everyone and has a very captivating growth pattern as it tends to plate and shoot up spires all over the place.  The only downside is that it can have sweeper tentacles but they are less of an issue if you give this guy decent flow as they tend not to extend as far.  
 
This particular WYSIWYG has 2 large eyes and a smaller few growing in on the opposite side.  It is close to 3".
